Company

PACIFICA ENTERPRISES, INC (PEI) is a privately held and operated real estate investment company servicing the entire real estate spectrum including acquisition, planning and development, leasing, financing, construction and property management.

The principals, Robert Colucci and Dario De Luca, began their real estate careers in 1987 and bolster 45 years of combined real estate experience.

Although the company has grown in size and scope, it remains a family-run business committed to providing superior individual service to its investors and maintaining honest and ethical business practices.

Between 1995 and 2006, PEI has traded over $1.2 billion in assets, as well as managing a portfolio of 3,500 residential units all over California, Nevada and Arizona.  Our current portfolio comprises commercial and residential properties with equity positions totaling an excess of $350 million.

PEI is an entrepreneurial and opportunistic company, seizing timely opportunities such as the renovation of apartment complexes, the purchase of distressed assets and condominium conversions.  Between 2001 and 2005, PEI has converted and sold over 3,000 condominium units.  The company currently employs approximately forty associates, and is headquartered in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
